In particular, the constant quantitative growth and scope of our activity requires an analysis of the distribution of internal reserves and resources. Banal, but irrefutable conclusions, as well as actively developing third world countries, urge us to new achievements, which, in turn, should be blocked within the framework of their own rational restrictions.
